Bravo re ethnikara. You made us proud! Our Cyprus national football team last night was the better team against an Ireland which had “hopes” for qualifying for the EURO 2008 final stage. We should have won all three points last night and with a margin of 2 goals. Unfortunately the finishing was both poor and unlucky.
Nevertheless this national team is the best we have had ever and at last the players themselves are finding it out for themselves. They have the confidence to play good passing football and attack even in away games now. Under “Angelos”, our psycho manager, the team has made great leaps. I just hope that we don’t lost our faith. The players need to keep this confidence even after setbacks and the fans should support the team more.
